Pennyroyal Tea Induces Abortion

This Summer my family was camping in Humboldt Redwoods and we talked to an awesome Ranger about the history of Pennyroyal Tea.  It's a spearmintesque smelling herb that has been in the past used as a means of abortion as it contains toxins.

Interestingly, I think my family has lots of this growing on our property down by the pond...
